About the concept
Amél Beauty is a fictional neighbourhood beauty salon we designed a website for as an example of our work. The idea: premium service with a homely feel. Services: hair styling, nails and cosmetology.
Concept goals
- Convey the salon's calm, elegant atmosphere.
- Make the price list clear at a glance.
- Prepare the site for local Google searches.
How we built the concept
Design & Style
We chose a minimalist, 'airy' style with an emphasis on quality photos. Every detail of the site emphasizes the premium nature of services and the expertise of the masters.
Google search
Structure and copy are prepared for local searches, so people looking for services nearby can find the salon.
Phone-friendly
The site loads fast on smartphones. Most beauty clients book from their phone, so the mobile version was the priority.
